We are registered and regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). The CQC ensures our service meets the needs of our clients by providing care that is Safe, Effective, Responsive, Caring and Well-Led.
We offer a diverse range of services which is often hard for local authorities to undertake due to workforce limitations.
Our mission is to offer exceptional home care services that allow individuals to maintain their independence, comfort, and well-being in the familiar surroundings of their own homes. We strive to meet the unique needs of each client with respect, empathy, and professionalism. We only deal with private clients and are able to support our clients to seek support from the Local Authority if a need arises for this. We offer a minimum of 2 hours per day to a client to ensure quality service.
